1045 - Fish hatchery tour - Identify empurau and see the breeding process

1115 - Arowana showroom tour - History of fish, maintenance, folklore and valuation of these treasured fish

1145 - Prepare your Jade Perch for lunch (all cooking materials will be provided)

1230 - Lunch time (enjoy the delicious meal you just prepared with your friends and family)
